Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of any items you purchased from our web store. Therefore, please DOUBLE CHECK your selected items before placing your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. Receive an email

We will send you an email regarding to the total cost of your selected items including the shipping fee with a bill of PayPal.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 50,000 JPY. Shipping on orders for less than 50.000 JPY will cost about 3000 JPY.

*Please notice that there are certain items that cannot be sent oversea (according to Washington Convention)

3. Payment by PayPal

We only accept payment through PayPal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment may ONLY be made in JPY.

Exchange currency is shown for easy understanding to our customers from abroad.

After we receive your order, we will send you PayPal page.

Please click the link in the email and complete your payment.

Before making payment please DOUBLE CHECK all the information such as “Email” “Shipping address” “URL” “Quantity of items” “Mobile number” and etc.

Please be aware that certain items may be subject to additional custom duty fee. After we have received your payment, we will send the package within 1-2 business days.

We will ship items after confirming your payment.

You will receive a link to your e-mail with the tracking number after the shipment has been made.

Shipment may take up to 3-10 days by EMS. If you have any questions or concerns regarding to your order, feel free to email us and we will get back to you immediately.

If your item is broken

We are not responsible for damage of the box.

If received item is damaged or incorrect, please immediately contact us. Within 2 days of the order’s delivery date you should preserve the postal item in the current condition and make a statement regarding the missing part of the package or damaged item in the local Post Office.

Please follow the procedure below.

* Keep broken items, package and shipping materials. They will be necessary when we apply compensation.

* Visit the nearest post office with broken items, package, shipping materials and shipment invoice.

* File a damage report at the post office.

* After the damage report is made, please send an email to our shop.

* Later, we will ship you new items.
